Prof. Zhai Huqu, president of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (left), was in PCARRD recently. Welcoming Prof. Huqu to the Council were Deputy Executive Director for Research and Development Danilo C. Cardenas (right) and some members of the PCARRD Directorate. Cardenas expressed his appreciation on the Academy’s interest in PCARRD.
