Dr. Danilo C. Cardenas, Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Resource Management and Support Services of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) (right), receives the award of recognition for his dedication, support, and guidance to the consortium during the Stakeholders’ Appreciation Night. The event is part of the 30th founding anniversary celebration of the Southern Mindanao Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (SMAARRDEC).
Handing over the award are Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao, SMAARRDEC Chair and University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) President and Dr. Danilo B. Pacoy, SMAARRDEC Consortium Director. In probably his last official visit to the region, Dr. Cardenas likewise thanked the officials and member-agencies of the Consortium for their decades-long commitment and support to the programs and policies of PCAARRD.
