Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado-Revilla visits the DOST STARBOOKS booth during the opening of exhibits of the STAARRDEC Fiesta and Regional Symposium on Research, Development and Extension Highlights (RSRDEH) 2016 in Bacoor Government Center Grounds on November 21-24, 2016. This is an annual event of the consortium supported by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD). During the press conference, Mayor Mercado-Revilla lauded the DOST for implementing the STARBOOKS program that is benefitting many schools in the country by providing easy access to S&T information with just a click of the finger. One of such schools which benefited from the program is Bacoor National High School.
