PCAARRD executive serves as guest speaker in 117th ADIVAY Festival and Benguet Founding Anniversary. Dr. Melvin B. Carlos (center), Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Resource Management and Support Services (ODED-ARMSS) of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) receives a Certificate of Appreciation for serving as the guest speaker during the celebration. The 117th ADIVAY Celebration and Founding Anniversary of Benguet had the theme, “Benguet Culture, Our Future: Sustaining Cultural Identity Amidst Global Changes.”
