PCAARRD honors BCAARRD RRDCC Chairperson. Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region V Regional Director Tomas B. Briñas receives a plaque of appreciation from the DOST-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD).
The plaque was given to Briñas for serving as Chairperson of the Bicol Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (BCAARRD) Regional Research and Development Coordinating Councils (RRDCC) from March 2016 to March 2019. Marita A. Carlos, Applied Communication Division Director (ACD) of PCAARRD awarded the plaque in behalf of the Council during the BCAARRD RRDCC Meeting held on February 26, 2019 at DOST Region V, Rawis, Legazpi City, Albay.
