PCAARRD recognizes outstanding R&D contributions

Dr. Rhodora Azanza (left) of the University of the Philippines, Marine Science Institute and Dr. Othello Capuno of the Office of the Vice President for Research and Extension of the Visayas State University (VSU) give their response after receiving the Pantas Award for Most Outstanding Researcher/Scientist and Most Outstanding Research Administrator, respectively. The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) conducted its recognition and awarding ceremonies and fourth anniversary recently.
