Mayor Lani Mercado-Revilla (3rd from left) of Bacoor City, Cavite formally opened the exhibits of the STAARRDEC Fiesta 2016 showcasing the products and innovations in agriculture and aquatic resources in the CALABARZON and MIMAROPA provinces on November 21, 2016 at the Bacoor Government Center grounds. The event was participated in by different organizations of the consortium in Southern Tagalog that include the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology.
