Applied Communication Division Director Marita A. Carlos of the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) joined other guests in the ribbon cutting ceremony to formally open the poster exhibits.
This was during the Visayas Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Program (VICAARP)-Regional Research and Development Extension Network (RRDEN) 30th Regional Symposium held on November 21, 2018 at the Visayas State University (VSU) Convention Center, Baybay City, Leyte.
