Four farmer cooperators of the Science and Technology Community-based Farm (STCBF) for oyster mushroom shared their success stories. This was during the farmers’ forum in the recently concluded Uong-Balat Farms and Industry Encounters through the Science and Technology Agenda (FIESTA).

Uong and balat, the Ilocano equivalent for oyster mushroom and sea cucumber, respectively, were featured in the event.

On his 49th day as the newly appointed Australian Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency Steven J. Robinson visited the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) on February 28, 2019.
