Riding along the festive mood of the Southern Mindanao Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium’s (SMAARRDEC) Farm and Industry Encounters Through S&T Agenda (FIESTA), were a bounty of awardees from various competitions during the event.
